小于胎龄儿听性脑干反应的研究

ABR in Small for Gestational Age Newborns

对２６例（５１耳）小于胎龄儿听性脑干反应（ＡＢＲ）的阈值、各波潜伏期及波间期等项参数进行测试。并以１０５例（１９９耳）正常新生儿和４４例（８８耳）窒息新生儿作对照。结果显示：小于胎龄儿ＡＢＲ的阈值提高者较正常新生儿组高（Ｐ＜０．００５）；且波Ｉ、ＩＩ潜伏期延长明显（Ｐ＜０．００１），波Ｖ潜伏期亦延长（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

ABRs were tested in 26 small for gestational age(SGA) newborns(51 ears).The results were compared with those from 105 normal(199 ears) and 44 suffocated(88 ears) newborns.Response threshold was higher and the latencies of waves I,III and V longer SGA babies than the control( P <0.005, P <0.001, P <0.05)
