中耳术后迟发性面瘫的临床观察

Pathogenesis and Prognosis of Delayed Facial Paralysis After Middle Ear Surgery

文中回顾性分析了我科１年来收治９例（１０耳）中耳炎术后迟发性面瘫的病因、治疗及转归。术后均采用激素、能量合剂及理疗等综合治疗，观察了面瘫均发生于术后的第１周左右，全部病例均在３周左右完全恢复，且没有任何后遗症发生。由此可见，慢性中耳炎术后迟发性面瘫的发生可能为非神经损伤性。

Nine cases(ten ears) of delayed facial paralysis(DFP) after middle ear surgery were reviewed for the causes,management and prognosis.In all nine cases,dexymethason and neural tissue supportive agents were prescribed and physiotherapy was ordered.Full recovery weas seen in all cases,showing the benign prognosis of DFP after middle ear surgery.Local edema in response to surgical procedures is speculated to be the cause of DFP.
