脾切除对肝硬变血液流变学的影响

Effects of splenectomy on hemorrheologic characters in patients with cirrhosis

目的 研究脾切除对肝硬变失偿期某些血液流变学特性的影响。 方法 作者应用回转测定法,毛细管测定法、核孔滤筛法等测定肝硬变患者30例手术前1周和手术后4周(男14例,女16例,平均年龄35.8岁)全血粘度、血浆粘度比、RBC滤过指数等血液流变学指标,并进行比较分析。 结果 除RBC滤过指数外,其他血液流变学指标均显示有统计学意义的增高。 结论 脾切除可使肝硬变患者血液流变学性状降低。临床上应予定期随访,必要时可给与药物治疗,以减少由此引起的并发症。

AIM To study the changes of hemorrheologic characters after splenectomy in patients with decompenstated cirrhosis. METHODS Some hemorrheologic indexes, such as the whole blood viscosity, serum viscosity ratio, filtration index of RBC, etc. were measured by using turn round measurement, capillary measurement, nuclepore filtration membrane measurement, etc. in one week before splenectomy and four weeks after the operation in 30 patients with liver cirrhosis. RESULTS Except filtration index of RBC, the other indexes of hemorrheology rised statistically significant after splenectomy.CONCLUSIONS The patients with cirrhosis after splenectomy should be received regular hemorrheologic observation clinically and drug therapy should be given if necessary.
