摘要
本文用树脂将葡萄酒中有机酸吸附分离后,在不洗脱的情况下直接酯化,然后进行色质联用(GC-MS)分析,共测出葡萄酒中的十九种有机酸。方法新颖、快速、简便,有效。
In this paper,a rapid and simple GC-MS method has been devloped for determining trace organic acids in wine. Acids are extracted and enriched on an anion exchange resin and are estered by alchol.The esters are analyzed using GC-MS and nineteen acids are characterized in wine samples.
