摘要 首先研究双端声表面波谐振器的一些特点,然后从SAW技术与有机膜技术结合的角度,分析了采用谐振器(SAWR)对有机气体检测时,膜层引起的质量负载的大小对传感器性能的影响,目的是以更深层的着眼点进一步分析SAWR的使用。 After the properties of the two port SAW resonator has been studied from the point of view of the combination of SAW technology and the organic film technology ,the paper analysed the mass loading effects on the performance of transducer .Its aim is at the analysis how to make SAW technology more suitable for the gas sensor.
