THE STUDY ON TESTING ENGINE POWER IN LINE

发动机功率在线检测技术至今仍是该领域的一大技术问题。本文针对某一车型发动机功率的在线检测,描述了测功的原理,介绍有关组成及测试过程。通过对某些车实际检测获得的大量数据进行分析处理,综合分析了影响该车型动态测功精度的若干问题,提出了提高动态测功精度的具体方案。

The technique of testing engine power in line has been a big problem in this field so far . This paper describes the principle of testing power, introdaces related compasing course. By analyzings and processing a lot of useful data acquired in the practice of testing some sort of vehicles, this paper analyses comprehensively some problems which affect the accuracy of the dynamic testing power and submits a concrete design to improve the accuracy of the dynamic testing of engine power.
