本文介绍了宽带精密时域自动测试系统的系统结构,工作原理,初级接口和次级接口的实现以及误差分析和减小误差的方法。
The system architecture and working principle of a broad-band precise time-domain automatic test system is described.The implementation of primary and secondary interface and the methods of error analysis and reduction are also provided.
