摘要
本文介绍了一种新型霍尔数字传感器与单片计算机相结合测量油水界面的新方法,由此设计出一种智能自动脱水控制仪,并详细阐述了其工作原理及结构。从根本上解决了油罐脱水时跑油的难题,实现了储油罐含水量检测和脱水自动化。
This paper discusses a new method to detect oil-water interlace, which is based on the Hull sensor and single-chip microcomputer. This method can soive the problem of oil leak accident in oil dehydrating and implement the automatic dehydrating and water content detecting of the oil storage tank The structure and working principle of a intelligent oil dehydrating automatic control system are also discussed, which is designed from the new method.
