摘要
本文提出了一种可以诊断软故障的新的故障字典法。文中重点阐述了该方法的诊断原理和字典的建立方法,并通过诊断例子,证明了其有效性。
A new method of analog circuits fault dictionary, is presented in this paper, it can be used for soft fault diagnosis. The diagnosis principle and dictionary establishment method is discussed in detail. The diagnosis example in this paper verified the method is effective.
