布—加氏综合征的支架治疗
摘要
布—加氏综合征(Budd-chiari syn-drome,BCS)是肝后段下腔静脉阻塞和/或肝静脉阻塞引起的门静脉高压及下腔静脉高压的综合症候群。主要临床表现为大量顽固性腹水、肝肿大及上消化道出血。因该症发病机制不甚明确、病情复杂、治疗困难而一直是外科界研究的重点。本文拟就该症的治疗进展尤其新近出现的支架治疗作一介绍。 BCS的发病情况 1.病因:肝静脉流出道阻塞是Budd在1845年首先报道。
