医院文化是社会文化体系中的特殊表现形态;是全体医护员工在医疗领域长期实践的过程中积淀和形成的文化形态;是医院所特有的文化氛围.就此层面而言,它有着其它教育手段所无法替代的医德教育功能,这主要体现在医院文化形态和医院精神的医德教育功能两方面.

Hospital culture is a particulor pattern in socialist system. It's a bind of culturol pattern sediment-ed and formed in the continuous prastical medicial area and it's a particular cultural atmosphere. To this extend, It has a medical moral education function which other method cannot replace. This is mainly expressed in hospital culture pattern and the medical mroal education function to hospital spirit.
