Abstract Give a systematic introduction about the time, place, amount and types of the excavation of iron coins in An Hui Province. These money were buried when Jin or Mongolian intrude into Central Plains, so there had iron cions circulted in the area of Huai He River in the end of Southern Song Dynasty, but the offical time of issuing iron coin in this area was in the end of Shao Xing Reign. Both iron coin and copper coin could be used in that time.
