贵州黑糯米的稻米表皮中有机成份的分离纯化和结构鉴定

摘要 从贵州黑糯米的稻米表皮中分别提取脂溶性色素、水溶性色素和脂肪酸.其中脂溶性色素经氧化镁柱层析和蔗糖柱层析分离纯化后,用光谱法鉴定分别有叶绿素a、α—胡萝卜素和β—胡萝卜素.而水溶性色素经硅胶G和纸层析分离纯化,用HPLC和薄层层析法分析糖分组成,结合光谱法鉴定分别有Cn—3—G和Cn—3—GG.脂肪酸用气相色谱法鉴定有亚油酸、棕榈酸和油酸。 Three water-soluble and three lipophilic pigments on the skin of Guizhou black glutious rice were purified. By comparing their absorption curves with the standard's under the same conditions, Cn-3-G and Cn-3-GG (from water-soluble pigment),α-carbotene,β-carbotene and Chlorophyll a (from lipophilic pigment) were confirmedrespectively. Three fatty acids on it were assayed by. gas-chromatograpby.
