摘要
本文研究了天然水中叶绿素的荧光特性,研究结果发现:在337.1nm激光波长激发下,天然叶绿素具有两个荧光峰,一个位于670nm处,另一个位于405nm处。文中还给出以405nm做为天然叶绿素的标识荧光谱线时其荧光强度与叶绿素浓度的对应关系。
We have researched on the fluorescence characters of chlorophyl in nature water.Theresearched results discovered that under excitation laser of wavelength λ=337.I nm the naturechlorophyl has two fluorescence peaks in its fluorescence spectrum,one peak is srtuated at 670nm,andanother at 405nm.When we take the marking wavelength λ= 405nm,the correspondent relations ofthe fluorescences intensities and chlorophyls concentrations were given in the end of this paper.
