摘要
以广东省南海市金沙大桥为实例.阐述了连续刚构桥采用不平衡悬臂施工方法和施工控制技术.拟定现场桥梁试验方案,对主桥进行了静载和动载试验研究,与理论计算值比较,各项结构性能指标符合设计要求.工程实践表明,采用应力和变形施工双控技术,不平衡悬臂浇筑施工方法在技术上是可行的.
Proceeding from engineering exemplar of Jinsha bridge in Nanhai city, Guangdong province, this paper introduced construction method and control techniques of continuous rigid frame bridge under unbalanced cantilever erection. Based on site test under static load and mobile load, comparisons of results for main bridge manifested that property indexes of structure met design demands. Engineering practice indicated that, using stress and deormation construction control techniques, unalanced case in place cantilever mehtod was feasible in technology. The practical experiences in this paper provided similar bridge construction and design with important reference.
