头颈部滑膜肉瘤的临床和病理

摘要滑膜肉瘤是具有向滑膜组织结构分化倾向的恶性肿瘤.本瘤除可原发于关节滑膜、腱膜及滑囊外,更常来自未分化的间胚叶细胞,通过化生而成为具有向滑膜组织分化的瘤细胞,因此,也可原发于没有滑膜组织的部位.滑膜肉瘤在头颈部虽很少.
