摘要
FINALLY we arrived at Lugu Lake in Yongning, Ninglang County in the most northern part of Yunnan Province. It was late spring of 1980 when I was a reporter with Women of China magazine. Lugu Lake, 73.2-meter deep covering 52 square meters, is located 2,700-meter above sea level. This freshwater lake was formed by an ancient stratum sinking. It does not freeze in winter and teems with fishes and shrimp all year round.
