摘要
Numerical and experimental evidence indicates that an extraordinarily polarized Gaussian beam, after passing through a BaTiO3:Ce crystal with an externally applied electric field, can show spatial modulation and self-focusing in the plane of extraordinary polarization. The numerical and experimental results show remarkable agreement with each other.
