摘要
展望了21世纪初国内、外石油化工技术进步的前景,提出了加强定向性基础研究,开发中国独特石油化工技术的新思路。
The article forecasts the prospects of petro-chemical technical progress at home and abroad in the early 21 century and put forward a new thought of strengthening directional basic research and developing the petro-chemical technics with Chinese characteristic.
