摘要
本文研究了7个苹果种类叶片角质层厚度与抗旱性的关系。通过不同时期叶片角质层厚度的测定,发现:春季各供试种苹果叶片角质层厚度均比夏季叶片的薄。变叶海棠春季叶片角质层最厚,显著高于其它种类,抗春旱能力强,夏季,其叶片角质层也明显加厚。湖北海棠、花叶海棠、新疆野苹果和三叶海棠春季叶片角质层较薄,抗春旱能力差;夏季叶片角质层较春季增厚1倍以上,表明其成熟叶抗旱力强。小金海棠和沧江海棠叶角质层春、夏季均较薄,抗春旱和伏旱的能力差。
The paper reports relations between cuticle thickness of leaves and drought-resistance. The drought-resistance of 7 species of Mains seedlings is denoted by the differences of cuticle thickness of leaves in spring and summer. In spring,the cuticle thickness of leaves is thinner than in summer. The cuticle of M. toringoides Hughes is the thickest among 7 species in spring and is thickened more in summer ;The thickness of M. hupehensis Rehd, M. Sieversti Roem , M. transitoria Schneid and M. Sieboldii Rehd is thin in spring and the drought-resistance is poor,but it is thickened more than one fold in summer and the drought-resistance is good [the cuticle thickness of leaves of M. xiaojinensis Chen et Jiang and M. Ombrophila hand-Mazz is thinner than that of other species in spring and summer and the drought-resistance is poor.
