摘要
To train young point man is an important link in raising China′s basketball level.It consists of selecting good successors and train them. Criteria for the selection include ideology and behaviour, figure, physical fitness, type of nerves and genetic factors. The selection is conducted among 8 10-year-old children to find good successors.
