摘要 第26届奥运会将于1996年7月19日起在素有“太阳州”之称的美国佐治亚洲举行。运动员在向西飞行之后生物节律需以每天92分钟的速度才能达到同步。但生物化学、生理、心理和其它具体过程节律所恢复的必须时间却互不相同。  横跨5个以上时区飞行时,时差及相应的气候适应过程一般可以分为三个阶段。  第一阶段(2~4天),机体习惯性的心理、生理机能和生物要求受到破坏。  第二阶段,机体、心理、生理机能积极重新调整阶段。这一过程,从第2~3天开始,第8~10天完成。在此阶段内,大多数运动员睡眠、食欲、情绪、自我感觉上的不适可以逐渐消失,神经肌肉的机能状态指标、特别是植物机能得到改善,机体工作能力逐步恢复。 When athletes fly westwards, the speed of their bioclock rythem should reach 92 minutes per day to sych-ronize the time difference. Athletes' adaptation to the jet lag and climate can be devided into three stages:The first stage (2-4 days): The habitual psychological and physiological functions and biological need of the body are broken; the second stage, beginning from the second-third day, finishing on the eighth-tenth day: The psychological and physiological functions of the body are readjusted, the indisposition of athletes gets lost, and the working capability of the body is regained; The third stage, beginning from the ninth-eleventh day, the psychological and physiological functions is stabilized.The best flight arrangement should be that athletes arrive at the competition venue in the evening so that athletes can get a good sleep. Training of the following day should be arranged according to the local time.Training load should be arranged in the light of different sport item, and in accordance with the in-dividual characteristics, age and sex of athletes. After arrival at the competition venue, the total workload should be cut down on the first and second bay by 40%-50%. and the intensity workload be reduced by 60% -70%; on the third to fifth day, the total workload shoud be 70%-80%. and the intensity workload can reach 60%-70%; On the sixth to ninth day, the total and intensity workload can be closed to the pre-com-petrtoin workload.Attention should be paid to that in the last minor cycle in athletes home country, the total workload of training and competition should be increased, but one or two days before departure, the training workload should be remarkably cut down.
