摘要
在大麦幼苗期,用表油菜素内酯(epIBR),进行叶面喷施,能提高叶片中叶绿素含量和光合速率,减缓MDA的积累和降低电解质外渗率。epIBR对延缓大麦生长后期叶片衰老也具有一定生理效应。
The physiological effect of epibrassinolide(epiBR) on senescence of barley leaf was investigated. It was found that spraying with epiBR would cause increasing of chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate from barley seedling. In the mean time the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage were lower in treated seedling than the control, and treatment with epiBR could strongly delay leaf senescence.
