摘要 Ultraviolet laser-induced permanent conductivity in some materials is now being studiedintensively. It offers a fundamentally new approach with numerous interesting possibilitiesfor applications. To date, most studies in this field focus on organic polymers. Fullereneis a new material. According to the band calculations, fullerene crystal is a typicalsemiconductor with a direct band gap of 1.5eV, but the solid C<sub>60</sub> film is a good insula-
