老年腰椎间盘突出症（附23例报告）

Protrusion of Lumbar Tntervertebral Disk in The Elderty

１９８５～１９９４年间，我们共手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症３８７例，其中６０岁以上老年２３例占５．９％。２３例中有１８例伴不同程度的腰椎管狭窄（７９％），多数患者合并有心血管、呼吸系疾病，糖尿病等。本组病例均经手术治疗，术中行腰椎间盘摘除及侧隐窝扩大术，１１例全椎板切除，１２例半推板切除。术前术后重视合并症及并发症的预防和处理。１９例随访６个月－１０年，优良率８９．５％。

rom 1985 to 1994, 387 cases of protrusion of lumbar interventra disk were treated lurgi-cally and 23(5.9%)cases occurred in the elderty of the age over 60 years. 18 cases were foundasso -cited with spinal stonosis among the 23 cases. Protrusion of lumban interverbral disk in theelderty(PLIE)acco-mpany mostly diseses of the cardil-vcircular. the respiratory and diabetes andso on,Which were attensionly prevented and treated in ante-operation and post-operation,all thecases were treated surgically with lumbar disk extraction and enlargement 12 had hemj-lamine-tory and 11 had tcotal.19 cases had been followed up periad varied from 6 months to 10 years,The effection recte was as high as 89.5%.
