Ｘ线检查对副鼻窦疾患的诊断有重要作用，本文通过４５例副鼻窦疾病的临床、普通平片、体层摄影对照分析，对普通平片，体层摄影误诊原因进行了探讨，同时强调体层摄影对副鼻窦疾病的诊断价值。

AbstractX-ray examination plays an important role in diagnosis of accessory sinuses of the nosedisese. By way of dinico,common plane film and tomography,the authors of the paper analysesthe forty-five cases of accessory sinaese of the nose disease. In the paper,the authors discuss thecauses to missed diegnosis of common plane film and tomography,and at the save time,emphasizethe valuable roles which the tomograply plays in diagnosis of accessory sinuses of nose disease.
