神经肌电图在法医赔偿学中的应用初探 被引量:5

An Application of Electromyography in Compensation in Forensic Medicine

摘要 本文报道5例车祸伤者临床诊断与肌电图诊断,结果显示神经肌电图对神经损伤的判断具有客观、准确、灵敏的特点,修正了临床诊断,减少或避免了神经损伤误判的发生,在法医赔偿学中有较大的实用价值。神经肌电图检查手段对神经损伤程度、部位及其再生后功能恢复情况,排除诈伤具有独特的作用。它是形像学、病理组织学等方法所无法替代的,神经电生理检查方法与其它方法合用,可客观、准确解决有关人体损伤的伤残评定与赔偿问题。 he paper reports that five vitims in traffic accidents were diagnosed by clinic and EMG. Theresults show that electronearomyography,characterized by objectivity,accuracy and sensitivity,corrected some clinical diagnoses,reduced and even avoided misjudgement of nerve injures,It is ofgreater practical value in forenic medicine,Electroneurolnyography has its own unique function inexamining the degree and location of nerve injures and its recovery function after tegeneration andin finding cheating behavior in examination. It cannot be replaced by radiology andpathohistology. Combining with other examinations,it can settle such problems as the evaluationof the wound and the disabled and the compensation by forenic medicine objectively andaccurately.
