改良小梁切除术预防青光眼手术并发症临床观察

A Clinical Observation on Ameliorative Trabeculectomy for Glaucoma

为了降低青光眼手术并发症的发生率，本文总结利用角膜缘的解剖关系，用“改良小梁切除术”治疗青光眼４７例６４眼。结果改良小梁切除发生并发症７．８１％，而对照组１８．７５％，经统计学分析有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，ｘ￣２＝３．９８）。笔者介绍了手术的体会和要点，并认为改良小梁切除术对降低青光眼手术并发症，提高疗效均有较好效果。

n order to decrease the Complications of glaucoma after surgery,we summed up 47cases(64eyes)ofglaucoma with ameliorative trabeculectomy The results Showed the complications were7. 81%in the ameliorative trabeculectomy group,and 18.75 % in the Control group(trabeculectomygroup)(P<0.05,x￣2=3.98),The authors discussed the surgical techniques and thinked theComplications were decreased and prevented with ameliorative trabeculctomy.
