颈部非甲状腺肿块78例分析

Analysis of 78 Cases of Non-thyroid Nodule in Neck

本组资料７８例，６６例得到确诊，疾病８种，包括炎性肿块４８例（约占７３％），恶性肿块１５例（约占２２．７％），血管瘤３例（约占４．５％）。显示常见的炎性肿块占首位，恶性肿块次之。资料揭示收集病史和实验室资料的重要性，同时推荐细针穿刺细胞学检查法。

his series conaisted 78 cases of nonthyroid module in neck.66 cases were diagnosed bypathological.There were 8 diseases. In flamatory disease was 48 cases(73 per cent).Malignanttumor was 15 cases(22.7 per cent)Vascular tumor was3(4.5 per cent).Inflamatory disease wasfirst of all.Malignant tumour was second.It is very important to collect history of disease andlaboratory material.and cytologic diagnosis by needle is comended.
