摘要
本文报道１３８例初治食道癌随机分组治疗结果。Ａ：单放组：Ｂ：综合Ⅰ组：Ｃ：综合Ⅱ组。综合Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在不同的分别放疗后用相同的化疗方案。结果显示三组近期疗效均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而１，３年生存率综合组较单放组高（Ｐ＜０．０５）．尤以超分别组较常规组显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示食道癌的放疗配合化疗可提高疗效，且可降低放疗剂量。
38 patients with esophageal caner were randomized into 3 groups:A,conventional group;B,combined group Ⅰ(conventional radiotherapy plus chemotherapy);C,combined group Ⅱ(hyperfractionation plus chemotherapy).The results showed that the improvement in deglutionwere no significant difference),The 1-and 3-year survival rates of combined group(69.2%,36.3%)were higher than group A(51.1%, 19.1%).Futhermore,the highest survival rateWas found in group C.
