摘要
本文观察了３８例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者入院时ＱＴ离散度的变化情况，发现ＡＭＩＱＴ离散度较正常对照组明显增加，并探讨了与室性心律失常、梗塞部位，梗塞范围的关系。
