B超在子宫肌瘤诊断中的价值及误诊原因探讨

Value of UItrasonography Study in Uterine Leiomyma

本文报告了起声诊断并经手术、病理证实的１３３例妇科疾病，其中子宫肌瘤１０２例。着重阐述了Ｂ型超声在子宫肌瘤中的诊断价值，其敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为９２％、５５％及８６％，详细分析了子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤、子宫腺肌症等疾病误诊的原因。
