本文１６例股骨中下段骨折病人在使用自身加压铜板（ＤＣＰ）治疗后疗效满意。ＤＣＰ在治疗成人股骨中下段骨折中有固定牢固，缩短分析愈合时间．减少并发症等优点，值得推广应用。

his article reports 16 patients of fracture of the shaft of femur fixed with dynnamiccompression plates and got less complications.The author suggests that DCP can be extensively used in small hospitals in our country because of the easy operating.
