急性白血病的真菌感染并发症（附36例报告）

Fungal Infection Complications of Acute Leukaemia

本文报道了３６例急性白血病（ＡＬ）并发真菌感染患者，结果发现：①ＡＬ合并真菌感染患者平均年龄偏大，临床表现无特异性，大多数为白色念珠菌感染。②真菌感染的发生与强烈化疗、粒细胞减少、抗生大的滥用高度相关，本文讨论了ＡＬ合并真菌感染的诊断和防治措施。

6 cases of acute leukaemia with fungal infection were reported.It was found that:(1)Patients with fungal infection showed the following characteristic of older mean age,nonspecific clinical manifestation and most of infection caused bv Candida albicans.(2)Occurrence offungal infection was highly related to intensive chemotherapy neutropenia and abuse of an-tibiotic.Thus,this paper discussed diagnosis and prophylaxis of fungal infections in patientswith aeute leukaemia.
