人工流产术对再次妊娠及分娩的影响

本文书８０４例头位初产妇分成两组：有人工流产史（人流组）３６６例，无人工流产史者（对照组）４３８例，对再次妊娠及分娩情况进行分析。结果发现，人流术不增加再次妊娠的流产率、早产率。但其胎盘粘连率增高致产后出血量增加，但人流次数及术后间隔时间与再次妊娠胎盘粘连率无关。指出对曾行人流术者第三产程作适当处理，可以降低产后出血率。

his essay deals with the clinical analysis for 804 cases of artificial abortion and controlgroup,indicating that artificial abortion is not followed by higher ratio of abortion and pre-mature labor,but followed by an increase of adhesive placenta and postpartum hemorrhage.The ratio of adhesive placenta for repeated pregnancy is not connected with the times and in-tervals for artificial abortions. The ratio of postpartum hemorrhage may come down if thepatients with history of artificial abortion are treated properly at the third stage of labor.
