摘要 抑郁症是一种常见、易复发的精神障碍,已成为学习工作失能、自杀等的主要原因。据世界卫生组织调查显示,抑郁症目前已经成为世界第四大疾病,预计到2020年将上升为仅次于冠心病的人类第二大负担疾病。中国人群中重症抑郁症的患病率逐年上升,已高达6%[1]。重症抑郁症终身患病的概率为17%,其中有10%~15%面临自杀的危险[2]。因此。 Negativity bias is a stable factor of depression,and what's more,one of crucial cognitive factors which leading to depression.The bias reflects deficits in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex while plethora in the ventromedial prefrontal cortex.The dorsolateral and ventromedial prefrontal cortexes are important brain regions associated with depression in a counteraction model.Recently,many researches have reported that the dysfunctional connectivity of neural circuits in the dorsolateral and ventromedial prefrontal cortexes play certain role in the negativity bias,and thus lead to depression in the end.
