摘要
目的观察SD大鼠正畸牙根吸收后,早期修复过程中牙周组织的修复情况。方法选取72只雄性SD大鼠,加力14 d后拆除加力装置,分别在拆除加力装置后0、1、3、5、7、10、14 d和28 d处死,通过HE染色和扫描电镜观察牙周组织形态学变化,TRAP染色检测破牙骨质细胞在牙根周围的变化情况。结果随着加力装置拆除时间的延长,牙周组织中出现越来越多的修复相关性细胞,破牙骨质细胞在0~5 d实验组和对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),7~28 d实验组和对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在拆除加力装置后,吸收的牙周组织逐渐发生不同程度的修复,随着时间的延长,修复越好。
Objective To investigate the repair situation of periodontal tissue during the repair process following experimentally induced tooth movement in SD rats.Methods The upper left first molars were moved mesially in 72 12-week-old male Wistar rats using a coil spring with a force of 0.49 N.After 14 d,the appliance was removed and the animals were killed in groups of 8 immediately after withdrawal of the force and 3,5,7,10,14,and 28 d later.Histological staining and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to observe changes of periodontium histomorphology.Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP) staining was used to detect changes of cementoclast around the root.Results There were more and more repair cells appearing in periodontal tissue after withdrewing the coils,and there was statistically significant differences in 0 to 5 days groups and control group(P0.05),but not in 7 to 28 days group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion Absorbent periodontal tissue will gradually complete a certain degree of repair after removing the force,and the longer the time is,the better the repair outcome.
