舒血宁治疗慢性精神分裂症双盲对照观察

作者报道舒血宁对４０例慢性精神分裂症的双盲对照研究。舒血宁组与对照组各２０例，均选用简明精神病评定量表（ＢＰＲＳ），阴性症状怦定量表（ＳＡＮＳ）和精神药物治疗时副反应评定量表（ＴＥＳＳ）评定临床疗效及副反应。动态观察治疗后二、四、六、八、十、十二、十四、十六周的病情变化。结果显示：舒血宁对改善慢性精神分裂症的阴性症状，提高抗精神病药物的疗效明显优于安慰剂。
