摘要
我们于１９９１年调查了省院抗精神病药物处方５５２４张，随机抽样，采用世界卫生组织推荐的“限定日剂量”（ＤＤＤ）作为药物使用研究的测量单位，比较精神药物的消耗趋势，采用“药物使用指数”（Ｉｎｄｅｘ）为指标对精神药物处方进行分析，评价医生对各类精神药物使用的合理性问题，结果表明我院对精神药物的使用基本合理，并进一步证实了这种方法可推广实行，在方法学问题上也提出了我们的见解。
ith random sampling from 5, 524 pieces ofdrug prescription, using defined daily dosage(DDD) of WHO as measuring unit in the study ofdrug utilizaton, we have compared the wasting ten-dency of psychoactive drugs and analysed the psy-choactive drugs prescription with drug used by psy-chiatrists. The results showed that the use of psy-choactive drugs in our hospital was basically ratio-nal, and proved this method was worthwhile spreadas well.
