摘要
本研究对４２例抑郁症病人口服氯硝安定与阿米替林的疗效和副反应进行了双盲对照研究，结果表明二者疗效相近，副反应发生率氯硝安定组低于阿米替林组。
double-blind comparison of curative effectand side effects between 42 depressive patients whotook clonazepami and those who took amitriptylineshowed that the curative effect of the two groupswas similar, the incidence of side effects in the clon-azepami group was lower than that in the amitripty-line group.
