对汕头农村精神病人的家庭社会防治实施两年的评估

Review of Family's and Social Preventionand Treatment for Mental Patients in theRural Area of Shanton

采用家庭社会治疗的方法对汕头农村７８名因家庭经济困难或家属不重视长期得不到治疗的精神病人进行康复治疗，２年来的结果表明：家庭社会治疗的方法能有效地缓解病情，减少对社会的危害，明显改善病人的社会功能。治疗前后ＳＤＳＳ评分有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．文章对农村开展精神病人的家庭社会防治和康复工作的方法以及必要性和可行性进行了探讨。

sing the method of family and social treat-ment, we have provided the rehabilitation treatmentfor 78 mental patients in the rural area of shantouwho could not get the treatment because of thefamily's financial difficulties or no attention fromthe families. The results showed that the metbod offamily and social treatment can effectively relievethe patients' spoptoms. decrease their Larms to thesociety, obviously improve their social function.1'here also showed significant diffference in thescores of SDSS before and after the treatment (P<0.05). It discusses the necessity and feasibility todevelop the rehabilitation work and family's and so-cial prevention and treatment for mental patients inthe rural area.
