摘要
本文报道了符合Ａｎｄｒｅｎｓｅｎ阴性和阳性精神分裂症诊断标准患者及神经症患者的脑磁共振显像ＭＲＩ检查，并分析了脑ＭＲＩ改变与临床关系，支持以阴性症状为主的Ⅱ型精神分裂症有脑萎缩的观点。
