精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞SOD与正常人对照分析

Comparison Study of SOD betweenSchizophrenia, Mental Retardation and theNormal Subjects

本文对我院２１１例精神分裂症患者和７０例精神发育迟滞患者进行了超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的检查，发现其活性明显高于正常人。精神分裂症中又以Ⅲ型病人和病程长者为明显，男女之间亦有统计学意义，精神发育迟滞以重度者显著增高。

he examination of superoxide dismutase (SOD ) was held in 211 schizophrenic patients and 70mental retarded patients. The result showed the ac-tivity of their SOD were obviously higher than ofthe normal controls. In schizophrenia, it was moreremarkable in the type Ⅱ schizophrenic patients andthose with long course of illness, and the statisticsignificance was also showed between the male andthe female;in mental retardation, the severe caseswere more remarkable.
