The points of Ma Junren's success of training are great breakthrough at training volume and strength, new ideas in recovering means, care for kidney, study on nutrition,improvement on technical movements,etc.. His success indicates that physical training should be done with the cooperation of comprehensive science and indistinct short stages. Improvement on comprehensive capacity with oxygen and without oxygen is of great importance to athletes'performances.
