摘要
文献有关J波的报道日益增多,但不论在临床上或实验中,关于J波的命名、性质、产生机理和预后意义,尚无一致认识,为此,本文对J波加以系统概述,旨在阐明J波的特性及其临床意义 一、定义:心电图上从QRS波急转为ST段的连接点称之J点(J point)。
