System Connotation of the Coordinated Development of Science,Technology,Economy and Society

本文从复杂系统演化的角度,对科学(S)、技术(T)、经济(E)、社会(S)协调发展的系统内涵作了探讨.认为,S、T、E、S协调发展的内涵包括三个方面:第一是指一种战略性的系统整体观和系统发展观;第二是指S-T-E-S系统的一种整体优化状态;第三是指S-T-E-S系统的自组织过程以及人类合目的控制的系统管理过程.

Based on the point of view of the evolution of complex systems,the system connotation of the coordinated development of science (S) technology (T),economy (E) and society (S) was discussed. The connotation consists of three aspects: strategic system entirty outlook and system development outlook,a state of entirty optimization of STES system and self -organization process of STES system and the system management process of aimconformable control of mankind.
