摘要
本文用系统论的观点对系统优化的含义、系统为什么要优化以及系统实现优化的条件与途径进行了初步探讨.
The connotation and the reason of system optimization are tentatively studied in this paper with the view of systems theory. Also studied the conditions and the ways of how to realize system optimization.
