摘要
高等学校的产、学、研、用四个层面的建设,在实践过程中是一个有机的系统整体,各自在相互联结的整体结构基础上发挥着对外的功能.作为一个整体,内部四要素之间又形成一种非线性互动作用的自组织体系,在对内对外的交流中,实现着向高层次转化的系统运动.
The construction of colleges and universities involves four aspects: production, teaching, scientific research and applying, which form an organic system whole. Based on the unified structure, the four aspects connect with each other and affect the outside world. As a whole, the four factors form an nonlinear, interactive and self-organized system, and move systematically towards a higher level during their external and internal interchanges.
