The System Dialectics View of Socialist Market Economy & Business Administration

本文讨论系统科学的社会历史观的一些基本观点及其在社会主义市场经济体系的研究中的应用。依据乌杰教授在《系统辩证论》和《整体管理论》中提出的社会三个子系统、社会协调机制四环节、社会发展非线性系统合力和改革开放中需要整体推进等论点,本文将社会主义市场经济体系的调控归结为三维、四环组成的十二个要素的相互作用,并特别强调国有企业管理中的政治、经济、文化三维的社会主义人本主义的管理模式。

This paper deals with the basic views of the system science about the social history and their application in the approach of the Socialist Market Economy. According to the works called 'On system dialectics 'and 'Holism management 'of professor Wu Jie, there are three subsystems including political,economic and cultural systems in the human society ;and there are four links of social control mechanism,including imformation mechanism,decision mecha-nism, execution mechanism and aim mechanism in the economic operation. The development of society is pushed by the non-linear systems resultent of forces,as a result,the opening re-form of socialism of our country must be progressing in whole. In summary of these ideas,I suggest that the socialist market economic systems must be controlled from twelve directions which acquire from multiplying these 3 - dimensional society by the four links of economic operation,and I also suggest that the model of the state -owned business management is so-cialist and humanistic one including the political,economic and cultural administration.
