摘要
本文集中探讨了信息传递过程和信息资源占有上的非共享性,以及它和共享性的关系.提出:所谓信息的非共享性,第一,信息的占有是非平权的;第二,信息在传输过程中的非共享意味着信息的发送者和接收者其信息意义是不一致的.指出在语法、语义和语用三个层次均存在着信息的非共享性;不同利益的个人或集团在信息资源的占有上存在着非共享性;而知识产权则体现了信息的共享和非共享的统一.
This article discusses emphatically the unshare in the transmission and resources' possession of information, and the relation between the unshare and share. What is called unshare is that the information possession enjoys unequal rights and the unshare in the transmi-sion of information means that the meaning of information for transmission man is inconsistent with that for the receiver. It points out that there exists the unshare of information in grammartical, semantic and pragmatic three levels, and that individual and clique with different interests own different resource of information, well intellectual title reflects the unity of the unshare and share.
